Super-Pharm Poland is a leading retail chain of pharmacies and drugstores offering a wide range of products, including decorative cosmetics.
In a fast-changing environment where customer expectations are high, the client was looking for a way to strengthen the make-up category and improve its performance across stores.
What We Solved
The client faced several key challenges:
- the category was located in one area, but presented in multiple inconsistent ways – some products were displayed in brand-provided units, others as shelf inserts, each with different design languages
- lack of consistent visual presentation across brands
- no clearly defined boundaries of the cosmetic area, causing the category to visually blend into the rest of the store
- limited space for effective communication and merchandising
- low visibility impacting overall sales performance
The result? A category that existed — but didn’t stand out.
The goal was to create a solution that would:
- unify product presentation into one clear, visually strong concept
- create a clearly defined and easy-to-navigate category space
- increase visibility and customer engagement
- enable fast and scalable implementation across stores
How We Did It
We transformed the client’s original design concept into a standardised, modular solution based on the P50 shelving system — making it fully scalable and ready for rollout across multiple locations.
The premium steel construction in anthracite finish:
- creates a strong contrast within the white pharmacy interior
- clearly defines the cosmetic zone as a destination
- brings all products into one visually consistent and eye-catching line
Instead of fragmented displays, customers now experience a clean, structured and intuitive shopping path.
The solution is fully flexible:
- single-sided and double-sided configurations
- compatible with major cosmetic brand units
- easy to reconfigure for seasonal changes or new product launches
Project delivery:
- prototype: 1 store / 200+ components
- pilot rollout: 10 stores / 1,400+ components
- 40 stores planned for 2026 (6 already in installation phase)
- ready for further expansion
Installation was designed for efficiency:
- replacement completed in 4 – 6 hours
- full transformation overnight with no disruption to store operations
