At the heart of the project was a modular display system engineered for durability, flexibility, and consistency. We adopted a “soft start” approach, using UK manufacturing to rapidly prototype and install initial fixtures for real-world testing. This enabled both teams to evaluate customer interaction and operational effectiveness before moving into full-scale production.

Following successful validation, production transitioned to a blended UK and Far East manufacturing model, delivering cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards. Coordinated logistics and phased distribution ensured a smooth nationwide rollout across the store network.
