Tesco Czech Republic is one of the leading retail chains in the Czech Republic. It serves one million customers every week. Both in-store and online.
What we solved:
Our task was to develop a series of approved conceptual and technical designs through to prototype and subsequent production. We were required to create tables for vegetables, fruits, flowers and baked goods so that we could plan the entire production and calculate for the provision of all materials – ultimately enabling us to meet the given budget for each item in its entirety.
How it all worked:
We created drawings, sketches and visualisations based on the brief from the customer. These were supplied to Tesco and the details collaboratively fine-tuned. After discussing and approving our designs together, protoypes were made and provided to Tesco for testing. We continuously worked with a thoroughly supported Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure the agreed parameters were met. Details were finessed and adjusted based on Tesco’s feedback and the project progressed into full production.
How it finished:
We successfully produced a range of crafted equipment in a variety of materials, i.e. in this case vegetable, fruit, flower and pastry tables for Tesco stores across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
