That’s exactly what happened on June 6th, 2025, when #TeamEden embarked on an extraordinary charity challenge that perfectly captures what makes this company special.
The Challenge That Brought Us Together
Starting from the picturesque village of Pontneddfechan in Wales, our teams faced a choice that would define their day: 8, 13, or 26 miles of the breathtaking 13waterfall trail. Following the famous Dinas Rock Trail through the majestic Brecon Beacons, participants navigated not just the natural beauty of Welsh countryside, but also the added challenge of muddy, slippery paths courtesy of the previous day’s rainfall.
What could have been a deterrent became part of the adventure. Teams from both our Wellingborough and Hirwaun locations came together, proving that the best teamwork happens when people face challenges side by side – whether that’s in the office or on a rain-soaked mountain trail.
Purpose Beyond Profit
This wasn’t just about getting some fresh air and exercise. The entire event was designed to raise funds for three incredible charities close to our hearts:
- Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice – providing comfort and care for children with life-limiting conditions
- The OLLIE Foundation – supporting young people’s mental health and suicide prevention
- Signposted Cymru – offering crucial support services across Wales
The result? Over £2,000 raised and counting – a testament to both the commitment of our team and the generosity of our supporters.
