Project & Account Manager 

We are currently looking for a PROJECT & ACCOUNT MANAGER who will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, managing various projects, ensuring successful delivery of projects from design to completion, on time and within budget. The position will liaise closely with customers and internal teams to ensure that the client’s expectations are managed and met.

Main Duties and Responibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, deeply understand their strategy, goals and plans
  • Communicate with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives – delivery on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Create and maintain/​​update store layout breakdowns
  • Coordinate internal resources and installation teams for the flawless execution of projects at the customer
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/​​quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide robust and accurate forecast and track key account metrics
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Manage and coordinate a small warehouse team and their day-to-day operational activities

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in project and account management in retail environment (minimum 5 years)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
